Can I switch to Medicasimple while my clinic is in operation?
Of course. We mostly carry out in-clinic system transitions while the clinic is actively operating. Our support team will ensure you have a smooth and stress-free transition.
Will my team receive training?
After approximately 2 hours of training, you and your team can start using Medicasimple. Our support team has successfully facilitated the system integration of over 700 clinics.

Are there any situations where I can't access the Medicasimple software?
This is highly unlikely. We commit to a high accessibility rate of 99.5%. If Medicasimple access is ever unavailable, it would be for a very short duration and almost unnoticeable. Our infrastructure is built on several servers that automatically expand under extra load and become functional again within 2 seconds if one of the elements becomes inoperative.
Does it work on Apple Macbook and iPads?
Yes, Medicasimple works on all devices with an internet connection. Mobile applications are also available in iOS and Android app stores.
Do I need to backup my data?
No, you don't need to take any action or worry about data backup, as Medicasimple automatically backs up your data daily.
What is included in the subscription fee?
All features, updates, daily backups, storage space, in-app and phone support, unlimited non-doctor users.The only additional costs are the very low fees for SMS and E-invoice sending. (Medicasimple does not sell SMS or E-invoice credits.)
Do I have to pay for every computer device in my clinic?
No, Medicasimple charges a monthly fee per doctor for whom appointments are made.
Who owns the patient data?
While the patient data belongs to you and you always have control over it, we store it separately, securely, and encrypted. If you decide to terminate our services, you can retrieve your data from our system. Your existing data will be automatically deleted from our system without any possibility of recovery 2 months after you stop using our Smart Clinic Management System.
