Our infrastructure is built on several servers that automatically expand under extra load and become functional again within 2 seconds if one of the elements becomes inoperative.
What happens if my clinic's internet goes down?
Since Medicasimple operates on a very low bandwidth, you can continue using Medicasimple via mobile internet connection through tethering or hotspot from your phone.
Does it work on Apple Macbook and iPads?
Yes, Medicasimple works on all devices with an internet connection. Mobile applications are also available in iOS and Android app stores.
Do I need to backup my data?
No, you don't need to take any action or worry about data backup, as Medicasimple automatically backs up your data daily.
What is included in the subscription fee?
All features, updates, daily backups, storage space, in-app and phone support, unlimited non-doctor users.The only additional costs are the very low fees for SMS and E-invoice sending. (Medicasimple does not sell SMS or E-invoice credits.)
Do I have to pay for every computer device in my clinic?
No, Medicasimple charges a monthly fee per doctor for whom appointments are made.
Do I have to pay for support?
You can consider Medicasimple as a success partner for your clinic. We share all our knowledge without any extra charge, not only regarding our Smart Clinic Management System, Medicasimple.
Do I have to pay the full subscription fee for part-time doctors?
We apply a part-time fee for doctors who work a maximum of 2 days a week.
If a new assistant joins my team, do I have to make an additional payment?
You can register all your staff in the application for free, except for doctors. You can create an unlimited number of users.
Who owns the patient data?
While the patient data belongs to you and you always have control over it, we store it separately, securely, and encrypted. If you decide to terminate our services, you can retrieve your data from our system. Your existing data will be automatically deleted from our system without any possibility of recovery 2 months after you stop using our Smart Clinic Management System.
Does Medicasimple use my clinic data?
Our team analyzes your data to better understand and improve our software. For example, when a new feature is created in the application, we perform data analyses to determine which parts of the feature are being used efficiently and which parts need improvement.These data are anonymous and not associated with any patients.
